Herbal weight loss supplements have become so popular in the last decade that manufacturers are spinning out more and more products and this leaves us, the consumers, confused by the choices. Probably the most well known of these products are pretty much household names like Guarana, Hoodia, dandelion, extract of green tea and the slightly lesser know cascara.
