Forget about starving or surviving on cabbage soup; that is not a good way to lose weight. In fact, I highly doubt anyone has been able to lose weight permanently by following these methods. In this article I will tell you about the REAL way to lose weight fast.

The real way to lose weight quickly is by following a diet pattern called calorie shifting. Forget about eating less, skipping meals and starving; when you follow the calorie shifting method, you are actually required to eat more frequently than usual. In fact, you need to eat a minimum of four times per day. Forget about surviving on low-calorie diet, the calorie shifting diet recommends you to eat foods of varying amounts of calorie content. In essence, you will be eating both high-calorie as well as low-calorie foods. See how natural this looks? This is one of the best ways to manipulate your body into burning a lot of fat within a short time and thus you are able to lose weight quickly!

Our bodies is a very complex machine actually. It follows a series of patterns based on the kind of foods that we eat and the frequency that we eat. What it does is, it will anticipate our daily calories intake based on what we have been doing for years. When you eat low calories foods, our metabolic rate slows down to conserve energy. When that happens, the body will burn calories more slowly and thus the reason why you find losing weight is so hard.

But when you eat both high and low calories foods, your body will be able to detect the pattern and adjust the metabolic rate accordingly. By keeping your metabolic rate high, you will be able to burn fats faster than normal. And when that happens, automatically, you will lose weight faster.

Conventional diet plans do not keep this in mind,which is why, it is very difficult for you to lose weight quickly when you follow those diet plans.
