Thirty five is an age when you have to start being careful because what happens if you are not doing any resistance training you will start to put the fat on ,when your muscle gets older you lose the proteins that make up your muscle this is what gives the muscle the ability to have strength and stamina,regular exercise rebuilds and maintains proteins and muscle mass this will stop you from piling the weight on that and the right fat burning foods,a little tip is to walk for thirty minutes a day to help build the stamina and strength based proteins needed for the thirty minutes of strength and resistance training to rebuild the strength based proteins.

Exercise helps decrease depression and increases positive attitude,so you make other positive choices and don’t have to use food as your medicine.

Eating the right fat burning foods and exercising will keep your blood vessels open and clog free ,this will help in lowering your risk of fat related morbidities like high blood pressure,elevated lousy cholesterol,memory problems and heart attacks.
