If you want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, know that your work cut out for you. It’s not easy but with some determination and commitment it can be done. Water helps keep your muscles hydrated and cleanses your body from impurities as well. You can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks easily if you drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day in addition to avoiding all kinds of sugars. If you drink water before your meals, you will want to eat less as well. This is an old diet trick that will keep you slim.

I began to consume less calories because I was thinking myself thin. I also began to get more active and exercise more because that’s the way I imagined myself. I began to develop the habits of someone who was thin and I was able to lose ten pounds in two weeks with ease. I used my head and the laws of attraction and it really happened for me.

When you have picked your diet plan you need to advance to the next step. Now you have to start exercise. If you haven’t exercised before, start walking. When you feel ready you can increase the intensity and quantity of the exercise. If you have exercised before, keep on doing that, and increase the intensity and quantity when you feel ready.
