Nine Muscle Toning Foods

It’s important to learn what to eat if you want to stay healthy.

You’ll want to get most of your nutrients from very lean protein sources, leafy green vegetables, and natural starches like potatoes since these foods give you the most bang for your buck, nutritionally.

Women and men have different dietary requirements. Because of this, women should be eating a different assortment of foods if they want to optimize nutrition and health.

Wild Fish

The wild fish that you consume will have a high lean protein content and it will also be an excellent source of B-vitamins like magnesium, zinc, and calcium.

Yogurt

Yogurt is an excellent source of calcium since it has some stomach friendly bacteria that prevent Candida related infections and can be digested easily.

Leafy Greens

Greens like broccoli, spinach and asparagus are great store houses of a wide variety of nutrients including calcium, potassium and vitamin B complex. They also contain antioxidants too.

H20

Water is in the list of nutrients since it’s vital for the proper processing of fats and other nutrients. Hence, this is one of the most important nutrients that you should be drinking all day long!

Soy Beans

Soy is an excellent way to enhance your good cholesterol or HDL levels. Soy beans and soy products can be eaten in the natural form as Edame or as Tofu. Other options are also available.

Steak

Steak is a great way to get more iron into your diet. Be sure to eat leaner cuts so as to minimize the levels of saturated fats you consume.

Flax Oils

Rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, fibre and antioxidants, flax seeds are a great source of an abundance of nutrients. Flax seeds are beneficial to prevent problems related with arthritis and heart problems.

Carrots

Beta Carotene is also an essential super nutrient found in foods like carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato and squash. These foods are rich in antioxidants which help in preventing ageing and breast cancer problems.

Bean

Beans are rich in soluble fiber, protein and they also attract bile. This is good because it removes it from your system before the cholesterol inside of it can do damage.

After you incorporate these amazing super foods into your diet you’ll notice a significant jump in your overall performance level. Your energy will be sustain itself all day long.
